Really nice food. I got the oat flour waffle which was very interesting, and they said the kitchen knows how to take allergen precautions for gluten, and that the gf waffle is the only thing that goes in the waffle fryer. It said they have gf bread for toasts etc but I do not know if they have a dedicated toaster. They also sell pastries from a dedicated gf facility/brand, I got a brownie for later and it was amazing.
