Medora Uncork'd

Tried this place based on reviews on both Yelp and FMGF. Love the ambiance. The menu is small but interesting. We split a wedge salad and Cajun Shrimp Pasta. The food was delicious! We spoke to Travis, one of the owners and he seemed very knowledgeable; e.g. assured us they cook the GF pasta in separate water, etc. I can't say my husband "didn't" get sick but I can't say for sure that he had a reaction. He sometimes still has symptoms even when we know he has not had any gluten. He also thinks he might be developing a dairy intolerance so it might have been the dairy in the pasta sauce. We would definitely try it again if we are ever in Medora.

Excellent service, very kind and knowledgeable about Gf needs. We got the GF pizza and it tasted great. Also got the charcuterie board and they had GF crackers available.
