Ended up eating here twice in a week. Oh and had leftovers two nights as well. Exceptional food and no reaction to gluten. Highly recommend

This place was amazing. Stopped for lunch on a trip through Western Colorado. Sooo delicious and more than I was expecting. It is fast casual, but the portions are huge. Everything we tried was delicious. The only thing on the menu I noticed that wasn’t gf were the steamed buns. They even had gf mochi for dessert.

MEE is so good! The menu is almost entirely gluten free. We tried just about everything and it was all fresh and delicious. The sauces are to die for. Pagosa has VERY few places we consider safe for our Celiac, and we’ve added MEE to our list (Kips Grill And Two Chicks And a Hippie are the others).

Food was extremely good. Almost the entire menu was gluten free. I have celiacs and very sensitive and had no issues. Highly recommend.
