Review of Meiji Japanese Cuisine

Asked for Gluten free options and they have a dedicated gluten free menu. They can adjust most dishes to accommodate gluten free and asked if I was Celiac to make double sure no cross contamination occurred! They brought out some tamari and were very helpful with finding gluten free options. I ordered the lunch bento box with Salmon Teriyaki (made with tamari sauce) and Sashimi. The miso is not gluten free but they can make a gluten free salad dressing. My favorite place to go to for sushi and bento boxes in NWA for GF. 10/10
