The staff was very attentive and seemed knowledgeable of gluten and cross-contamination. I ordered shared plates with my family and was warned to avoid the spring rolls as a result of their deep frier being shared with gluten items. I had the sweet and sour pork, caramel chicken, and Vietnamese crepe and was assured that all were prepared in clean environments. The food tasted great and the staff were very attentive. The restaurant doesn’t look like much from the outside but I had a great experience.
