Review of Mellow Mushroom

Dishes were all dirty. After requesting new, clean dishes we were brought slightly less dirty dishes. I finally just pulled wipees out of my purse to clean my own. If my husband hadn't been so excited to eat at Mellow Mushroom, I would've left within 5 minutes of sitting down. Slow service too. I have zero faith in the safety of their gf or the knowledge of their staff (I mean obviously it's a big deal for a plate to have little bits of what looks like crust when I've already informed you I need gluten free). I'm sure I'll know soon whether I was glutened or not, but I'm pretty much counting on it. So dissapointed in Mellow Mushroom.
