Review of Mellow Mushroom

They have their own gf menu section for pizza (at least 8 different options). I ordered a veggie pizza with gluten free crust and daiya cheese. It was perfectly topped with the right amount of vegetables. The crust was nicely crisped and had a nice flavor. The chefs wear separate gloves and put gf pizzas on a separate pan in the oven.
