Was able to get a salad and pizza and had no reaction. Waitress was knowledgeable and the pizzas are cooked separately. Crust was on the thinner side but was able to add different toppings other than the 4 GF pizzas on the menu as well. Would go again!

The crust wasn’t cooked all the way through and was thing crust style. It wasn’t terrible but not high on my list of places to return to. The plus is that it definitely was gluten free without cross contamination.

To me if you only serve one item that is gluten free shouldn’t even be on this list. I went back in August for my birthday not what I thought it would be. I guess had gotten use to another place to much that I so miss. Serve was good.

Staff is knowledgeable. They even bring you separate plates for those with celiac.
Yes
Great pizza, have been there quite a bit and it’s always been good!
The crust is just OK (and pricey for the size). But it is nice to be able to get a pizza out with a lot of different toppings. However sometimes they don't seem to cook the GF pizzas well enough.
Yes
Though they have delicious options and have always asked if it was for an allergy, my husband and I have always been sick after eating at this location.
No
My husband has celiac disease and I am gluten intolerant and we both absolutely love Mellow Mushroom's GF pizza!!! We usually go there once a week it is that good. Their staff always ask if it's an allergy or a preference and make sure to notate that it's an allergy and provide us with their blue gf plates. We like our crust really crispy so occasionally we send it back to be cooked more, but it is always delicious! :)
Yes
Crust was definitely gluten free I had the veggie pizza so the sauce either contained gluten or it was cross contaminated. I had one slice and fifteen minutes later I was throwing up for thirty minutes.
They have a little gluten free menu that still includes all cool names of their foods and such, quite a fun gluten free dining experience. Especially because I'm a teenager, I love there GF pizza, with some bacon. They were very friendly and happy to help meet my dietary restrictions
Great pizza and very knowledgeable staff they always ask if the pizza is for an allergy or preference which I love.
Yes
They have separate gluten free (blue) plates, prep area, salt/pepper/crushed red pepper/parmesan cheese toppings.
Not any options other than pizza are gluten free, but the pizza is delicious.

I often go here and get the gluten free pizza. It is delicious and has never made me sick. They also have vegan cheese options. Great experience.

Ordered the certified gluten free house pizza. The crust is not my favorite there is a lot of room for improvement there but the toppings are good. Except for the ground beef it had no flavor. If you aren’t picky and just want an option it’s a fine choice.

My go to for rice free / gluten free pizza. It’s always marked separately. I always get the House Special. I’ve never gotten sick and ordered over 20x. Crust isn’t to die for but the toppings quality is great. Much more cost effective than other GF pizza options in comparison to quality
