Review of Mellow Mushroom

I came to Mellow Mushroom because of the great reviews for their GF pizza but I was really disappointed. I ordered the GF veggie pizza with olive oil instead of red sauce. This is my typical order for any GF pizzeria. I've had many good GF pizza crusts but the crust here was inedible. I couldn't even cut it with a serrated knife. The toppings were either over cooked, not fresh, or both. My pizza was overpriced for what it was. From what I could see, pizza is the only GF item on the menu.

On the plus side, the staff were friendly and helpful with all my questions. My waitress said they make all their GF pizzas in another area totally separate from the other food.
