I was pleasantly surprised and impressed at our server's familiarity and experience in accommodating people with food allergies. I have celiac disease and was guaranteed that my food would be prepared in a separate area, with separate utensils and only one person would handle my food, and even deliver my food so that there is no risk of cross contamination. At other restaurants unfortunately, I've had to pay the price with my health and well-being to find out they don't take measures for cross contamination or even know what items contain gluten or what it is. I will definitely be returning to this location and want to thank the staff and management for taking this seriously and putting in the extra effort to keep your customers happy. You rock.
