The chef asked before making it if I had celiac or if it was just a preference. They did a great job.
The staff seemed very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable that they were providing us a good and safe product. Their pizza was by far my 17!yo daughter’s favorite.

Mellow mushroom is very well equipped with gluten free.
Staff was well aware of cross contamination and true gluten free. Separate menu full of pizzas with a great gluten free crust! Cheese pizza was amazing. Celiac safe!

Our daughter has celiac and she safety are here twice while on vacation.
I had a great experience ordering to-go. Their website made me feel good about their gluten-free process and how they work to keep things separated. I did not have any reaction from the pizza I ordered. I see some people saying the crust isn’t good, but really it’s just thin crust pizza (as many GF pizzas are) If you like thin crust, you’ll probably like it. Personally, I like thin crust, so I enjoyed it. If you are looking for a fluffy crust, I’d recommend looking for something else. They have dairy free cheese as well - one of my family members is vegan and this is a go-to for him.

I've eaten here many times, they've got many gluten free pizza options and the crust is... Good enough. Definitely ask for it to be extra crispy.
They're pretty safe and most of the staff is semi knowledgeable, but it is a mixed kitchen.
No longer have GF crust. We use to eat here often.
