Review of Mellow Mushroom

This Mellow is unlike any other I have ever visited. Instead of being seated at a table, you walk up to a counter and order. They do not have a specific GF menu here like they do at other Mellows. Luckily, I am familiar enough with the menu that I knew what to order. I also had an exceptional employee come out of the kitchen to double check my order and let me know he was handling my GF pizza away from the other food. I had a great meal and did not get sick. I am sure this employee isn’t always there. However, this only gets three stars because the place was jammed (which increases room for error) and if you aren’t familiar with their GF options, you may accidentally order a topping or something unsafe because they don’t have a clear GF menu like other Mellow Mushrooms.
