When you order, you watch the kitchen make your dish, so it’s easier to tell what’s going on. The owner said that the sauces are all gluten free. There is some cross contamination possible because they make sandwiches on the line. However, when I have let the employees know I have an allergy, they have changed gloves and wiped down the surfaces. I order the BBQ nachos and really love the sauce they serve it with!

BBQ meats and sauces are GF. Waffle fries cooked in dedicated oil. Smoked wings also GF. My wife is highly gluten intolerant and had no adverse effects from all of the above.
