I had read they had gluten free buns and dedicated fryer for fries so I thought I’d try it. A chef came out and talked to me then brought me my food. I’m thankful for the bun and fries but the burger was awful. It tasted like a frozen burger that you warm up at a gas station (at least from what I can remember). The burgers at Cabana Bay hotel are way better if you want to pay $12 for a burger and fries. Definitely not worth it.

They have separe frier, so should be safe for celiac. No vegetarian/vegan Burger GF, but could find some other decente options besides salad.

The salad seems to be the only safe option (premade in a different location). The fryer is not dedicated GF.
Grilled chicken salad was tasty and allergen free but there are better options in the park.

Went during lunch time and it was super busy. Used mobile order and there was an option to add an allergen notification which said staff would talk to you before preparing your meal. They did not. We had to ask several times to verify if our food was gluten free. When food came out the fries were cold and unappetizing. Salads were mostly iceberg lettuce. They also gave us the wrong dressing and when we went back in to ask for the right one they tried to charge us extra for the dressing. Staff might be better when it’s slower but I’d avoid going during any sort of rush.

Staff was knowledgeable about gluten allergy and celiac and was able to provide me with a meal that was safe to eat

I would not recommend eating here. The food was not great (for gluten-eating members of my party as well) and while the person taking my order was very knowledgeable, there were too many people touching the food post-production. For example, I saw an employee move my meal to a separate tray from a tray full of other burgers to hand to me so it would appear to have followed allergy protocol.

This establishment was fantastic to work with for celiac options! They cover the food with an extra plate to prevent cc!

Went here for dinner yesterday and the waitress was very knowledgeable about gluten free options. I had been glutened at both places I had eaten on previous days, so I was nervous. Had a burger and fries and I didn’t get sick at all. Highly recommend for quick food service! It’s also part of the quick service meal plan at universal. I have celiac.

I had a cheeseburger with french fries. They gave a dedicated friar just for the fries. They have a gf bun and dont charge extra for it! Yummy burger and worth the price. Fries were good too!

Sans gluten mais ordinaire. Burger au minimum.

Hamburger was amazing, super juicy. The only thing is that the gluten free bun fell apart Staff was great, informed manager and manager brought out my food. Would definitely eat here again

The staff at the counter offered for me to speak with the chef, who confirmed a separate gluten free fryer for chips (YAY) and gluten free buns that were not out through a common toaster. So delicious!
I was excited to try here after reading the reviews on the app. However, when I told them I had a wheat allergy the chef seemed unsure what my options were. I did not feel safe eating there and ended up finding somewhere else.
I had a great experience here. I told them I had a gluten allergy and they immediately got a chef out to talk to me. She asked me what I wanted and told me what she could accommodate. I had a chicken sandwich with french fries, that are in a dedicated fryer, and avocado on the side. The gluten-free bun was awesome and the portion size was great

They made a fresh chicken sandwich for me (took 15 minutes) and I got fries without seasoning
Dedicated fryer, gluten free buns. Never had an issue here.

Overall in theory it's great, dedicated fryer and staff that know. Don't go during the lunch hours as the counter is so hectic your food touches many hands. Felt post gluten feelings after eating here at lunch due to post prep contamination.
had a great server and accomdations can be made. We had a good burger and no salt fries that were prepared not seasoned as the seasoning has gluten. they were not sure if the milkshake would contain gluten so we skip attempting it.
GF buns and fries from dedicated fryer. Regular fries come with seasoning, GF fries do not. GF Burgers and fries came out in different serving trays than the rest of the food. Totally fine for a theme park lunch.

Went there for lunch on the recommendation of a friend. While they don’t have a gluten free menu if you ask any of their servers they are very well informed and if you are not satisfied with their answers they will have the chef come out for any additional questions. They have gf buns for their burgers and a dedicated fryer for their fries, which is not located next to the fryer for the other gluten containing foods. If you inform them of your allergy they will be sure to not season your fries, as the seasoning does contain gluten. Ate their with no issues.
