They serve both regular menu items and have a gluten sensitive menu. They have gluten free buns, a dedicated toaster and dedicated fryer. They change gloves and fully clean the coming area and use separate, fresh ingredients for their gluten free items. I enjoyed the burger I had there the other night and my husband loved their chicken (not gluten free) and their coleslaw. I tried their gluten free pizza today and was very pleasantly surprised at how delicious it was! I definitely would recommend this restaurant to anyone, including those who are gluten free for health reasons. They understand the importance of preventing cross-contact because they have a child with Celiac Disease. Both the food and services are great at this new restaurant.
