AMAZING! Got the smokin’ turkey - I went for lunch and he told me that they had a dedicated side of the grill and that they would cook it on parchment paper too for extra safety on CC. Happy to have a place that cares. Highly recommend!

They do not have a separate grill, but they grilled my sandwich on top of foil to keep it from touching. They also change their gloves & the workers seemed knowledgeable about cross contamination. I got the smokin turkey & was shocked about how big the bread was for being gluten free. It did take a little extra time to prep my sandwich due to the allergy, but worth the wait. They also have gluten free chips. Did not get sick!

BEST. GRILLED. CHEESE. EVER. They have gluten free bread & are very knowledge about cross contamination. I got the Cuban McConnell & it was delicious!

While on vacation the grilled cheese here was one of the best things we had. They handled the food for celiacs very-professionally. We were not worried in the slightest. Highly recommend!

Best gluten free gourmet grilled cheese. We had Brie with fig and bacon yum! They were knowledgeable about cross contamination and must have done it right because no problem for my daughter with celiac.

Prepared our sandwiches with GF bread. Said they didn’t have a separate grill but that they would grill on top of a piece of aluminum foil so things didn’t touch. Seemed to be okay, didn’t get sick. Also very delicious!

I was a little skeptical to get food prepared in a food truck where there is tons of wheat bread however I went when it was not busy at all and they grill the udis gluten free bread in wax paper (not on a separate space). They switched gloves and opened up a new container of turkey and bacon and got a fresh avocado. It was yummy and I didn’t get sick. I wouldn’t recommend going if really busy however because they probably wouldn’t pay as close attention to detail.
