I don’t understand why this place is listed as gluten free. There is no gf menu, nothing is listed as gf. The only thing I could have was salad. The server didn’t know anything about gf options. She read their nutrition info, which stated that everything had gluten.

They don’t have a gluten free menu, but the server was well-versed on gluten-free and walked me through the menu. Any question I had, the server confirmed with the chef.
