I came here with my family based on another review. When it came time to order the waitress said they haven’t had gluten-free pizza dough in over a week. There was almost nothing else I could eat. It was my birthday to boot, so it was extra disappointing. I left hungry.
14” gf pizza - a generous portion for the price. I had ricotta, spinach, and ham - and it was delicious! They make their own sauce (no sugar in it so not sure why other reviewer found it sweet) and they shred their own cheese. Beats chain pizza hands down.
Manager explained that they use a separate part of their kitchen to make the gluten free pizza. The pepperoni and sausage aren't gluten free but the ham is. The pizza even came out on a separate, golden plate. The crust was good but the sauce was sweet which isn't quite to my taste. Overall it was a good experience.
