I would NOT recommend coming here. We drove over having read that this was a safe place to eat. The first waitress (older lady) was incredibly rude and said that I “couldn’t expect them to close the kitchen” to serve my food. I did order and then another younger waitress came over and told me not to eat if I was going to go into cardiac arrest if I was that severely allergic. Clearly zero understanding of celiac and despite me explaining it I don’t feel they got it. I felt embarrassed at how I was spoken to and also not safe to eat. Avoid if you are celiac

Really good vibes at this place, GF items marked with a (*) on the menu. Some items can also be made GF with substitutions, which the servers readily offered. We came here two days in a row and had the Healing Bowl with shrimp for dinner, and the Cafe Scramble with corn tortillas instead of toast. There were also multiple GF dessert options however we didn’t get a chance to try any.

Items marked GF on menu. Not a ton of choices, but what they do have was very tasty!

The items were clearly marked w/ an * to signify gluten free. They have apps, entrees, and desserts. HIGHLY recommend the clams/mussels and the tequila prawns. Good gluten free dessert tarts too!

More options than it seems like they used to have and the waitress was pretty knowledgeable. GF dessert options too.
All items on the menu GF are marked with *, they even have 3GF dessert options. Curry was delicious!
Yes
There were only FOUR items marked gluten free here. 1) nachos 2) guacamole 3) salad 4) a curry bowl if you substituted ginger chili broth for the curry. None of the wait staff seemed knowledgable. I'm suggesting it in case anyone may be craving nachos or a salad.
