When I asked the server about the option for the gluten free lobster roll, I was told that it wouldn’t be recommended that I order it if I have a “severe allergy” and cross-contamination could not be avoided due to having fans on. Pretty frustrating/disappointing (and odd) to hear this after having ordered a lobster roll on a GF roll in the past, though not for a few years. Not sure if this response is server-dependent based on the recent reviews. Would love to get a celiac-safe lobster roll but I won’t be coming back here unfortunately.
