Very attentive and knowledgeable staff, felt safe here. Chicken karaage is light, crunchy, and some of the tastiest chicken I've ever had. The gluten-eaters at our table said the same. The chicken katsu curry comes with delicious locally raised chicken, coated in a more substantial breading than the karaage. Very satisfying to eat. Housemade japanese-style curry sauce over the chicken and rice in a locally made pottery bowl. Little red pickles provide a nice crunchy lightly tangy contrast to the tender chicken and rice. Served with a side salad of cabbage and housemade dressing that was sooo good, I wanted to buy more!

*reviews seem to tend to 4 stars for variety. It is a small menu concentrating on top quality, even for the gluten eaters. I love a place that hones in on doing a few things really really well, so I was very happy with what they had on offer. ( If you have gluten eaters who love ramen, they will lose their minds here over how good the ramen is here. Again, not a lot of choice, but top notch food!)

Very nice place! The staff were very helpful and accommodating to my gluten free needs. They offer quite a few gluten free options and have a designated gluten free fryer. They also made sure to clean the kitchen before preparing my food. The food came extremely quickly and was delicious!
