Review of Mercantile Dining & Provisions

My new go-to at the Denver airport! Good ambience, natural light, and waitress was very knowledgeable and understanding. My Chicken Caesar Salad (with gluten-free breadcrumbs!) was delicious. The waitress knew my options immediately—3 of the entrees, all of the salads, the shrimp and avocado appetizer, and all but one of the sandwiches could be made GF with a GF bun, but she warned me that the fries that come with them are prepared in a shared fryer.
