Variety of GF and GFO things on the menu and in the cabinet. Food was really good and took a few slices for the road

We tried to order gf scrambled eggs and initially no mention of risk with the toast. When I asked if the hash browns were cooked in a fryer with gluten foods, they brought over a staff member who has coeliac. She informed us that the only the gf pancakes or green salad were suitable. My daughter is also diabetic so I asked for no toppings on the pancakes and after waiting an hour for our food, it came drenched in syrup however this may have been a miscommunication error as I couldn’t hear the man taking the order and assumed he was hearing me. At the end of the day, I don’t feel confident that the food is coeliac safe but if you’re game, stick to the pancakes. The fryer is shared as is the toaster, they confirmed this

Wonderful café. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. A good range of gluten free meals, as well as many vegan and vegetarian options. I had the Chipotle Braised Beans, which were delicious. The waiter explained that there was a risk of contamination because they do not have a dedicated gluten free kitchen, however I had no reaction to the food. Would definitely recommend.
