Food was good, small portions, not a ton of menu options, just wasn't our kind of place to eat. Waitress was very friendly.

I love this place! They always have gf menu items and they are almost always delicious. I've only had 1 thing I haven't liked from there.

I LOVE MERGE! It is my go to place for sure having found out I had celiac disease 6 months ago. I have never had a bad meal nor been affected with any cross contamination issues. Everyone is very friendly and it is such a cozy relaxing atmosphere. My hubby and I go at least once every 2 weeks. They have so many gluten free options it's overwhelming! Which I LOVE!!!

Great food, cocktails, and atmosphere. I didn't have any issues with cross-contamination. Lots of veggie and vegan options too. Buffalo needs more places like this!

I got very sick after eating here. After calling the next day, was told not to come back if I'm sensitive to cross contamination - then they hung up on me. DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE CELIAC. They seem to think everyone who eats gluten free is doing it by choice, not medical necessity.

i am vegetarian and gluten free, it is extremely difficult to find places to eat out that can accomodate both, and merge does. delicious food. highly recommend the gf mac & cheese and gf pesto pasta. have eaten here with non gf and non vegetarians, all enjoy! my new favorite.

Hopefully Merge has improved, but the last time we went it was horrible. The only GF options were on the dinner menu and that was restricted by time of day. Horribly less than knowledgeable staff and disappointing food. We will NOT be back!

GF is always an option for MOST entrees and small dishes. Incredibly knowledgeable staff, will reference you to GF options.
