Called them on Friday and was told they have gluten free options and cross contamination procedures. Stepped out to the bar to privately discuss the menu / cross contamination procedures. I asked him to pleas check with the chef to see what the absolute safest menu item would be. He left and then told me the salmon would be safe. About halfway through eating it I noticed a soy sauce flavor and asked. He said it is made with soy sauce. I am so upset! My stomach is already upset and it’s going to be a long night. Avoid this restaurant - not worth it. I was sick for 5 days.
