They have a very few items on the menu noted as gf. They do NOT have a dedicated fryer. It is good food but your options will be limited.
Our waiter was very knowledgable about celiac disease and my need for gluten free food and drink. He tweaked my drink so I could enjoy and gluten free Bloody Mary. He confirmed the items on the menu that could be done gluten free as well. I had a delicious fresh crab omelette with herbed potatoes and my friend had equally tasty chilaquiles. The service was first class and the food was outstanding. Not even a trace of cross contamination, I know this because the slightest bit sets of a gluten headache for me.
