Merk's Bar & Grill

I always get my sandwich on a gluten free bun with a baked potato (instead of fries) at Merk’s. I have Celiac and do well there.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

They have GF buns and the kitchen seems to be knowledgeable, telling me the cajun ahi bites are also gluten free. I had the ahi bites, chips and salsa, and a blackened chicken sandwich on GF bun with sweet potato fries. definitely more of a bar atmosphere but food was good! not sure about dedicated fryers
