Merlino's Family Steakhouse

Just called to try and learn what their gluten free options are. A women answered the phone, and the conversation went like this:

Me: “hello, I am trying to figure out your gluten free options. Can you help me learn where to find that?”

Merlinos: “you have to look on the web”.

Me: “I am looking on your website but I can’t find anything”.

Merlinos: “I’m really busy up here dear. You have to look on the menu. It says GF if it’s gluten free”

Then she hung up. There is not a single item on their menu with the letters GF. really disappointing. Avoid this place whether or not you’re gluten free, they clearly don’t want to take the time to help customers.

— Not Much/None

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Poor

Lobster roll - Gluten free roll substituted. Requested toasted and melted butter on the side. Was great!!! Also - the server came to tell me (without me asking) that the French fries share a fryer. I was going to give them to someone at the table.
