They have Gf fish and chips (snapper or perch) and gf tacos. I had the snapper, hubby had the perch. We both liked the perch better. The fries were really good, too. I am also excited to say they had semi gf beer. It was that one where the gluten is removed. I’m fine with that brand.

They also had gf brownies. I was too full for that but they looked good.

Gluten free items clearly marked on the menu. Staff is knowledgeable and the chef is careful. I didn’t get the impression there was a separate prep area, but I had the fried cheese & pickles as well as the fish and chips and had no issues. (Celiac). Highly recommend!

Multiple things on the menu marked GF, but not actually celiac friendly. Perch fish fry was not very good.

Went to Mermaid Tavern a couple times in the past to get their fish & chips... Well the last time I went they said they don't serve GF fish & chips anymore. So sad! That was the only place around Tampa to get them!

They have GF and GFO on their menu. I always tell them I have celiac disease. It is best to talk to the cooks. They will work with you. The fried food is cook with flour items. So I wouldn't recommend them.
