When asked, the restaurant said they could make dishes without soy sauce. The soy meat is not gluten free. Rice noodles are listed for the ramen, but the soup has gluten. The aglio e olio, cheese flavoured veggie pasta, and soy cream pasta are gluten free when made with rice noodles, according to restaurant.

I had the aglio e olio with rice noodles. It didn’t have any chilli pepper flakes, so it was basically pasta and some veggies in garlic oil. It tasted nice but wasn’t a real aglio e olio.
