Mesa Tacos and Tequila

Got two items on the menu that were labeled gluten free and notified my waiter that I had celiac and was a gluten allergy. The waiter was super nice and understanding and food was decent. However, I got very sick a few hours later so not sure what happened in the kitchen! Maybe a shared fryer? Not going back again that's for sure.

The waiter checked with the chef for me about gluten free options. The chef made me fresh chips in the dedicated fryer. I had the Enchilada and didn’t get sick! I’d try eating here again. Just make sure to chat with the waiter/chef so they use the right fryer

They have a lot of gf options since they can substitute corn tortillas. Had the enchiladas and they were yummy!
