Ethiopian food consists of a flat bread called injera with spicy sauces (meat and veg/lentils). They do gluten free injera on Saturdays made with teff flour, which is naturally gluten free. You can call ahead to make sure they save enough for you.
The rest of the week the injera is likely to contain a mix of flours including wheat, but they can make you rice instead.
All the sauces are gluten free. When I've spoken to staff they are knowledgeable, particularly about the different kinds of injera.
