Met Back Bay

Pretty good! No dedicated fryer but they had bread for burgers and sandwiches. The bread pretty much disintegrated- could have used some toasting. They carry cape cod potato chips if you do t want to pay the $2 salad up charge.

They have one salad on their menu for brunch that says it's gluten free. They made me an omelet and chips though gluten free it totally lacked flavor.

I've stopped in for appetizers at the bar, dinner and also lunch. Lots of options and the servers are well trained.

A few GF options. Chef made the Bolognese from scratch with gluten free pasta and it was delicious!

Went here for Taco Tuesday and was able to have the pork tacos with pineapple (no shells). They brought it out to me on lettuce... Good portion size and I didn't get sick.

They have items marked as gluten free in the menu, but the menu is not accurate. The romesco sauce had bread crumbs, and the artichoke was pre-dusted in flour (both were marked gf). Be careful here!!

This was one of my best dinners in a long time! The staff is very knowledgeable and understanding of allergies, and they offer GF pasta and bread which makes the options almost endless! They also offer Cape Cod chips with sandwhiches which are also GF so that's an added bonus too! Will definitely be back again!

I love Met Back Bay! The staff is knowledgable, and they'll work with you to make a lot of their dishes gluten free. I recommend the Mac & Cheese.

Met Back Bay offers gluten free pasta and gluten free bread which means you can eat almost everything on the menu. The food is amazing and it's always a busy and comfortable place.
