Came to Metro Diner for gluten friendly breakfast. I am quite sensitive to gluten. Our server, Debbie, was great. She asked the manager to speak to us since I have other food sensitivities. Mike, the manager, came to our table and asked what I wanted. When I told him he said no problem and that he would personally make it himself. He made me a wonderful plate of hash browns, bacon and gluten free toast. It was good and I didn’t get sick. Highly recommend this accommodating restaurant with good food and portions.
