I had a great experience in the Berghotel as a sensitive celiac and vegetarian! We called about a week in advance, so the hotel could take it into account during their shopping. When we arrived, the chef sat down with us to discuss the menus for our stay and asked excellent questions (e.g. whether I only ate certified gf items, or also those that have no gluten ingredients and no warnings). The kitchen is not separate, but they clean all utensils in advance and do their best to avoid cross-contact. I also received a very generous gf breakfast that I really enjoyed. I did not have issues and would go again, even though the hotel is very pricey.
