All the sauces are made without flower, they can substitute corn for wheat tortillas. It is possible to get a good GF meal here, but it takes a little teamwork. Only some of the staff speak Gluten.
Asked about the tortillas chips, she said they were corn, but when asked if it was a dedicated fryer she realized it was not GF. Asked if the Crab in the Seafood enchilada was real or imitation Krab, she checked and brought out the can for me to check the label. It was real crab meat with no wheat in the label.
Small family authentic Mexican restaurant next to a gas station, but don't let that turn you off. So far very good. I'll know in a few hours how they did.
