My kids and I have been eating here frequently for several years. My son has Celiac disease and my daughter is gluten intolerant. I don't have a problem with gluten. Almost nothing on the menu has gluten unless it has flour tortillas like enchiladas or burritos. They can make those with corn tortillas if you ask. We have never had a reaction and the food is excellent. The house dish--the Lindo Special is so good one or two of us order it every time we come.
