Mexico has very limited coeliac friendly GF options.

While they have about 10 GF items on the menu, there were only 2 tacos that were coeliac friendly, as all other "GF" items had components which were fried in a non GF fryer.

They weren't confident on the sangria ingredients and said it was too hard to check the recipe to confirm if it was OK.

Wait staff had limited knowledge of coeliac friendly menu items. Luckily the kitchen staff came out to inform me that the order wasn't coeliac safe (which the wait staff had told me were ok)
