This was our favorite restaurant in PV. The cocktails and food are inventive, beautiful and tasty. The staff speak English and are very knowledgeable about gluten allergies. Fun atmosphere!

Menu is clearly labeled, however... when I went to order something labeled as gluten free the server told me that it wasn't actually gluten free despite being labeled as gf on the menu. Selection was limited, but the food was tasty. The restaurant has a unique and fun atmosphere, but I'm not sure I would go back for the food. I did feel very safe, the server was extremely reassuring.

Everything was great! Great food, great drinks! They have a menu with gluten free labels. When me and my friends arrived, the waitress asked us if there was somebody with food alergies. I told her that I need gluten free food. I ordered a Tlayuda and it was delicious!

Food and drinks were great at Mezcal & Sal. GF foods are clearly marked and I had no reaction to anything I ate.

Nearly everything on the menu is labeled gluten free. I had the grilled pork and pineapple on a taco and it was delicious! The food presentations were also very extreme, in a good way. They only serve corn tortillas so there is no cross contamination worries there, overall it was very good and I would eat there again!

I have gluten and lactose alergies and I had no issues eating at this place! The staff were very friendly and seemed to be very knowledgeable about gluten and lactose dietary restrictions! Very recommended...

I had a great experience here. The presentation is a bit over the top (I knocked a decorative branch in my food at one point) but the service was excellent and the food was delicious. I got the cochinita del sur tételas.

OMG AMAZING!!! I’ve never seen such beautiful food. They know what is gluten free, but you will have to press them about the fryer and make sure you don’t get anything fried bc they’ll say it’s gluten free. Amazing experience - I had a weird leaf quesadilla, the crispy pork tacos (more like taquitos but not fried), and pistachio mousse. That’s right, PISTACHIO MOUSSE. Incredible cocktails as well.

Delicious modern Mexican food. They took great care to prepare my food and make it gluten free. I saw the whole kitchen staff reading my Spanish gluten free card very carefully. Lots of gluten free options.

Incredible food and amazing drinks. It’s a must for anyone loving food and wanting to feel safe eating libre gluten. Items clearly marked on the menu. Staff very knowledgeable and accommodating.
