This place has everything labeled what is and isn’t GF. Asked the employees to change gloves and has a great experience

Had a delicious CYO bowl with chicken shawarma and many other toppings. All of the toppings are gluten free besides the croutons / tabbouleh. Their menu online lists all of their ingredients and what is/is not gluten free. Make sure to ask for no bread with your meal!

Mediterranean food packed with lots of flavor. They have an extensive allergy list for you to look at and most of the food is Gluten free. They have the pita bread packed separately and away from the main food. I’ve now eaten here several times with no issues which is pretty rare as I am very sensitive. One of my go to places now!

The woman did switch gloves after touching the bread (not my bread) before making my bowl without asking but I definitely had a bad gluten reaction. I had a chicken bowl with very little add ins. It was very tasty though. The service was no good. We stood there forever before they even acknowledged us. They were just chatting it up with each other.
