I was pleasantly surprised to see on the back of the ordering card (where you see the options for protein, toppings, sauces, etc.) there was a chart listing all of the choices that were vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, low sodium, low sugar, and also listing the top 6 allergens.
I have been here probably 5-10 times and haven’t had a reaction most everything is gluten free. Staff aren’t very knowledgeable but they do have allergen menus on hand. There definitely is a risk for cc. I generally avoid getting the toppings that are next to the couscous. Try the spicy feta sauce delish.
The staff was very nice and walked through all the options I could choose. I mentioned I had a gluten allergy, which she seemed a little confused about, but when I asked about what was in a specific dish, mentioned it only had quinoa, and I had to decide that it was safe. The menu has changed since the picture that another reviewer posted. There was no obvious sign of allergens for each dish. When I was ringing up, she grabbed a pita and put my fork in the same packet, so I’d recommend being very clear about cross-contamination (I didn’t notice until after I had left). Food tasted good though and no reaction afterwards (I don’t have celiac though and I washed my fork before using it when I got back to my hotel).
Do not recommend. Ordered all GF items (read the ingredients and looked at the picture menu). One of the items had couscous in it, which was not listed/pictured. I luckily caught it before eating, but I now don't trust their menu overall. Also, most staff weren't waiting a hairnet or a hat, and they weren't wearing gloves while preparing food. The two restaurants next to this one are reliably GF and comparably priced.
