The new Conrad Hotel Mezquite beachside dinner restaurant is fabulous. The food is fantastic and the wait staff very knowledgeable. You still need to be careful and repeat you are gluten free and have an allergy but they are on top of it. Eaten here two times with zero problems and will eat here again!
