The server was knowledgeable and asked me specifically if I have a gluten allergy or celiac disease. I was very thankful, as otherwise I would have gotten gluten-free pasta boiled in the same water as regular pasta. I had the gluten-free penne (boiled in separate water) with olive oil, garlic, and pasta; which was good.
