Our waiter Seth was so knowledgeable! When told we had a gluten allergy he asked if it was a gluten intolerance or celiac disease. He then informed us of every time that was safe and the items that came into cross contamination from the frier. This was all during a dinner our dinner party of 30 people. Even though we had a lot of people he made sure to make us feel safe and our allergy important.
