This restaurant is extremely small, 3-4 inside tables, a tiny bar and the rest is outdoors seating. We had to sit inside as it was night and rainy. I had the chicken Caprese which was tasty as well as the mashed potatoes that came with it. A good safe GF meal! But I did not care for the vegetable meatball I ordered on the side and the sauce was not my favorite either. The puttanesca sauce was very spicy hot like salsa hot. I could eat it, but did my care for it. My husband (not GF) had pasta with a regular meatball and he said it was OK. The service was good - but she spoke very loudly so you knew at all times what was going on everywhere in the restaurant. Not a date night atmosphere. We won’t be returning.

As you mentioned, the restaurant is quite small so nearly impossible to not hear what is going on around you. Voices carry. We went out of our way to guide you to safe selections and you seemed happy with everything, or at least that is what you said at the time. We always ask how everything is and we have a two-bite guarantee if you are not happy. We have many items that are gluten-free but you had many other restrictions, and I do remember you well. But you can't please everyone so I hope you find someplace that suits you.
Menu is clearly marked with what can be made GF. No pasta, but a few other dishes (eggplant Parmesan, stuffed mushroom, etc)
So sorry it took me so long to respond, I just discovered this site! So glad you found enough GF things to enjoy, we add new ones all the time!
