Review of MGM Grand Buffet

I have eaten at this buffet before, so this is a combined review of a couple experiences. Although this buffet has some gf marked items, compared to other buffets in Las Vegas I find this one a little disappointing. I also was quite shocked when the woman working the dessert counter was going to give me brownies and other things because she didn't understand there was a difference between "sugar free" and "gluten free." The chef was very apologetic about this and explained she didn't understand English well, but I would think that this common question "where are your gluten free desserts" would have been something they would have helped her with. Luckily I caught/questioned it so no harm done. There other menu items are clearly marked, but I wish there would have been more gf options.
