We stumbled upon this place looking for breakfast. Immediately i saw that they had gluten-free pancakes, made of mochi (special Japanese rice flour) and thought his would be overall safe. Actually i was disappointed that the granola and all he breads have gluten, as does he Portuguese sausage. However, this place gets four stars from me because the manager, he chef, and our server all came to the table and went through the menu with us to make sure i got safe options. As they were cooking our breakfast, they noticed that someone at the table was getting the potatoes, and a cook came out to warn us they are not made in a dedicated fryer. I’d say they are extremely conscientious. Also, they were extremely generous in substituting safe for unsafe ingredients at no costs. I ended up with an omelette and a side of spinach, very nicely done. ’m going to try the mochi pancakes another day!
