A chef trained in Mexico, made this restaurant for us to all enjoy in Richmond. I love getting the plate “plato” of Carne Asada, whole pinto beans and white rice. I have to ask for no cheese! Because we said oil matters to us die to my allergies, the nice chef said he would permantly switch oils for his cooking and he did. Their corn tortillas are homemade and gluten free too.
