New Mexican counter-service restaurant near the Hollymead Town Center (near the CVS). No dedicated gluten-free menu, but the woman behind the counter told me she has celiac and was extremely helpful in menu choices, recommending the fajitas and tacos. They do not have a gluten-free fryer, so have the fried foods, including the tortilla chips, at your own discretion. I had the shrimp fajitas and they were yummy. The guacamole appeared fresh and homemade - it wasn't smashed but chunky and juicy with fresh cilantro. Loved it!

Review

I'll give them 4 stars as it was pretty easy for me to get a safe meal here. Didn't know if they had a dedicated fryer for them and they were real busy so decided to not eat the tortilla chips. I had the enchilada meal with corn tortillas, rice and beans. It was OK. I like spicier food. But it was indeed safe for me.
