Items are not labeled and there is no gf fryer (avoid the chips). The staff can be knowledgeable, but I like to request the chef. They are willing to take extra precautions if you request they. I have never gotten glutened at this location. Highly recommend the queso and the tacos. They also have a place in Carbondale called La Raza.
